Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Tipsy Elves gear, but if it's not the perfect fit for the party, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in their original, unworn condition with tags attached to be eligible for a refund.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to send back.

  Choose Refund or Exchange

  Decide if you would like a refund to your original payment method or a seamless exchange for a different size or style to keep the fun going.

  Print and Pack

  Download your prepaid shipping label and securely pack your items in the original packaging, ensuring all original tags are still attached.

• 4.
  Ship It Back

  Drop your package off at any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect your items, we will process your refund or ship your new gear within 5-7 business days.
